Club Membership packages launched for Chapter restaurant
A new page will soon be turning in Birmingham as a unique Club Membership package is set to launch for Edgbaston Village’s latest restaurant, Chapter.
The leadership team at the new Chapter restaurant, which will be opening early December, have revealed the new Club Membership offering, allowing patrons a range of benefits that can be used for personal or business use.
Chapter is being brought to life by experienced local restaurateurs Ann Tonks, Irene Allan and Chef Director Ben Ternent and is set to become a fresh culinary landmark for Birmingham when it opens.
Open all day, the venue will be ideal for business lunches, evening dinners, family weekend brunches or simply meeting in the front bar for a drink with the option of the bar menu.
The Club Memberships, limited in number, provide an array of premium benefits; these include priority booking, invitations to special networking events and significant discounts on every visit for tables up to eight people. Members can also nominate an additional person to take advantage of the club benefits
There are two levels of membership: Founder Club Members will receive 25% off their bills for five years and an introductory five Course Tasting Menu with wines to match. Premium members receive 15% off their bills for three years as well as an exclusive invitation to a members drinks reception and a relaxed Weekend Brunch for two.
As the fitout continues on the site, Director Ann Tonks said: “We can’t wait to open Chapter in two months. This is being made possible thanks to a diverse range of funding, including shareholder investment, personal loans and a limited number of these exclusive Club Membership opportunities.
“We would love to speak to individuals and organisations from across Birmingham who would benefit from the value offered by these Club Memberships - the support we receive will help us write this next Chapter.”
The kitchen, bar and terrace venue at 5-6 Greenfield Crescent will focus on quality, combining produce from a family of independent suppliers with top class service to provide a high-level addition to Birmingham’s dining landscape.
As well as working with seasonal British produce , the team have also bought British for the fit-out of their new restaurant, working with Huddersfield based Greens Commercial Kitchens to create a bespoke kitchen manufactured in England for Chef Director Ben Ternent and his team.
Diners will also be able to enjoy top-of-the-range tableware manufactured in Stoke-on-Trent by Churchill - a business which has been running since 1795 - while the team are supporting new business in the form of Birmingham potter Georgia Allen, who will be creating bespoke vases and butter dishes for tables.
Ann said: “As a restaurant team who has worked together for 16 years, our emphasis on sourcing produce has always been to buy British. Support for British farmers and fishermen has been paramount, ensuring we buy seasonally and ethically.
“Now, opening Chapter has enabled us to also look at the supply chain for our materials that go into the fabric of our new restaurant fit out. And we are proud to say that we have sourced British manufacturing for our fitout, new equipment and fixtures.”
