Birmingham restaurant, Adam’s, retains Michelin Star for 2022
Adam’s restaurant, located on Waterloo Street in Birmingham City Centre, has maintained its Michelin Star.
A Michelin Star is the ultimate accolade of culinary excellence, awarded to restaurants with particularly high standards. Restaurants can earn up to three stars and ratings are reviewed annually.
The most recent review saw Adam's maintain its Michelin Star for 2022, following another successful year of exceptional food and faultless service.
Adam’s recently appointed new Head Chef, James Goodyear, who brings a culinary style built around modern, European fine dining and has worked in the kitchens of various Michelin Star awarded restaurants- including the three Michelin starred Maaemo in Norway.
Sister venue to Adam’s, The Oyster Club, is also celebrating award success. The Oyster Club is a seafood, bar and grill restaurant located just a few minutes walk away from Adam’s and was recently awarded two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence.
Restaurant owners Adam and Natasha Stokes, said: “We are extremely proud to have maintained our Michelin Guide rating.
“Thank you to our fantastic team and diners for all the support.
“Congratulations also to all the new 3, 2 and 1 Michelin star awarded restaurants, as well as to all those who have maintained their rating.”
