Adam’s Retains Spot in TripAdvisor Fine Dining List
Birmingham city centre Michelin Starred restaurant Adam’s has retained its place in the top five of TripAdvisor’s annual list of the best fine dining experiences in the UK.
Adam’s, which was opened in 2013 by husband and wife team Adam and Natasha Stokes, came in at number four in the latest annual TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award list of fine-dining restaurants in the UK and number 18 within Europe.
The Travellers’ Choice award was established in 2002, and is ranked according to thousands of reviews and opinions from travellers from around the UK, taking into account service, quality, customer satisfaction and more.
This year marks the eighth successive year Adam’s has been recognised with a Travellers’ Choice Award - meaning they have been recognised every year since they first opened.
Adam’s expanded in 2019 with the launch of sister venue, The Oyster Club, on Temple Street.
Owner and Chef, Adam Stokes, said: “To once again be recognised in the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award is a testament to the standards we set for ourselves and the hard work that goes into maintaining them - we have an incredible team.
“We are part of an amazing culinary scene in Birmingham and representing our city on this list is something we are particularly proud of.
“I would like to thank all of our diners, who have not only gone out of their way to give the positive feedback which has informed our standing in this list but have also made the effort to support ourselves and other restaurants in Birmingham over the last 12 months.”
